Pretty decent gear, good value

I was looking at some kettlebells after checking out Verve Fitness, and Rug And Rig had a pretty sweet deal. Their 16kg kettlebell was a good price. The only thing is I wish their discount codes worked on more stuff, like bundles, but overall I'm happy with what I got.

Good deal on adjustable bench

I was looking for an adjustable weight bench and found one on their site. The price was competitive, especially after checking a few other stores. Shipping was also pretty reasonable for such a bulky item. It feels sturdy, and I think I got good value for what I paid. Definitely worth it.

Consistently good equipment

Another great order from Rug And Rig Fitness. I picked up a multi station home gym this time. Just like the squat rack and adjustable dumbbells I got before, everything arrived well-packaged and the quality is solid. It's why I keep coming back.

Solid equipment, minor delivery hitch

I ordered an olympic barbell and some bumper plates. The equipment itself is excellent quality, really impressed with how robust it all feels. Delivery took a little longer than the estimated time, about two extra days, which was a slight inconvenience. However, customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay. Overall, a good experience, just wish the shipping was a bit more precise.

Love my new rower!

Just received my rowing machine and I couldn't be happier! It's super smooth and feels really well built. Setup was straightforward, which was a relief. I've already had a couple of workouts and it's fantastic. I'm telling all my gym buddies about Rug And Rig Fitness. I'm already eyeing a few more things for my home gym!

what's the deal with returns? if something shows up and isn't what i expected, is it a pain to send back?

C Cleo Osei 2 months ago

I returned some resistance bands once, it was pretty straightforward. Just had to cover shipping back.

Their return policy is decent. As long as it's unused and in original packaging, you should be fine. Just check the exact timeframe on their site.

Thinking of getting one of their multi-station home gyms. Are these considered commercial grade or more for just home use?

N Neil L. 2 months ago

Definitely more home use stuff. Good quality for a home gym, but not really built for like, a commercial gym environment where it's getting slammed all day.

They make good home gym equipment. They do sell to some commercial gyms but I think their main market is home setups.

Hey, thinking about grabbing one of their folding power racks. I live in San Diego, any idea how long shipping usually takes for something big like that?

J James 2 months ago

From what I remember, they're based in Australia so it might take a bit to get to the US. I ordered some plates and it was like 2-3 weeks.

Yeah, I'd expect at least a couple of weeks, maybe more for a rack. I think they ship from Oz.

Are their discount codes legit? Saw one pop up for 10% off and wasn't sure if it'd actually work on a bundle deal.

M Mia 2 months ago

Nah, usually if you get a bundle, the discount codes don't stack. They're usually for full-priced items only.

I tried to use a first-order code on a package deal and it didn't let me. Pretty sure they don't combine.

Trying to decide between Rug And Rig's squat rack and something from Rogue. Anyone got experience with both? Is Rug And Rig's stuff pretty solid?

R Renee 2 months ago

I've got a Rug And Rig bench and it's super sturdy, no complaints. Not Rogue level build quality, but for the price point, it's great value.

Rogue is like, the top tier. Rug And Rig is good, especially for home gym stuff. I'd say it's more comparable to Verve than Rogue.
